My name is Belia, but my family and friends call me B. I’m a mom, artist and illustrator originally from Peru.
Throughout my career, one thing that stands out is my passion for art. It has really been part of my life since childhood, inspired by my father's amazing drawing skills and love for art. I remember just watching him for hours and hours, sketching and drawing amazing artwork. By age five, I felt the urge to be an artist just like him. After lots of practice and experimentation, I found my own way of making art which has been morphing and being applied into different areas of my career.
Because of art, I have been able to create work that I'm proud of and I have been able to meet and collaborate with amazing and talented people. Now, as a mom, my goal is to inspire my son and plant that little seed of creativity and love for art.
