How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

All orders will get mailed via the United States Postal Service*.

For U.S. orders, 1 - 3 depending on your location.
For international orders, 1 - 14 days. Keep in mind it could take longer depending on the country of destination and customs.

* Processing time varies depending on when the order was placed and the amount of items ordered, which can take from 3 - 5 days. Please email orders@beliasimm.com if your order hasn’t arrived yet.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please be aware that international buyers are responsible for paying taxes, import fees and customs duties before an order can be collected. I will not be collecting or remitting VAT or any other international tax related fees. In case I receive a returned package from customs, I can refund your order, minus the original shipping costs. Alternatively, I can resend your order but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom, personalized or digital download orders can't be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Are your products and packaging eco-friendly?

Great question! My aim as a mom and entrepreneur is to run a business (and a life) that is eco-conscious and I try my very best to use and invest on products, supplies and packaging that are recycled, recyclable and/or compostable. Although, I’m not 100% there yet, my goal is to keep looking for ways to be even more eco-friendly to contribute to the care of our planet.
